Set the purchase boundary
An emulsion sample should answer a buying question: which grade can meet the required separation through the equipment already installed? A collection of anonymous liquid samples offers little protection when the later quotation cannot be traced to the product that worked.
Identify the proposed commercial grade and the operating condition that must be demonstrated before an order is released.
Limit the candidate set
Describe sludge or slurry origin, current polymer, upstream chemicals and the separator. Request a small set with a stated comparison purpose rather than the highest available charge for every application. The product-form guide distinguishes ionic chemistry from the liquid delivery form.
Record why each code was included and which feed condition could reasonably disqualify it. Retain the incumbent as a control where it is available.
Request preparation information with the bottle
Ask for code, sample reference, declared active basis and grade-specific inversion instructions. Identify whether the laboratory can reproduce the plant water and contact sequence before scheduling comparisons. A supplier-prepared solution does not establish that the site can activate the neat emulsion consistently.
Reserve enough sample for a repeat run and a retained portion; specify suitable transport and storage instructions instead of assuming every liquid polymer tolerates the same handling.
Agree the next decision
Set the bench endpoint and the conditions for a limited plant trial. Request a quotation linked to the tested grade only after the candidate has met the agreed screen. Define who records inversion flows, dose and separator output so commercial review can distinguish chemistry from preparation.
The sample approval should state its limits: tested feed, equipment, water source and operating window, not an unrestricted claim of equivalence.
Check the difficult case
If two samples look identical at one large dose, test a bracketing range and measure outlet solids. Excessive addition can hide a real difference in useful dose window while making both proposed purchases appear more expensive than necessary.
Keep unresolved limitations in the qualification record instead of presenting a proposed benefit as an established operating result.
Record the acceptance evidence
| Check | Evidence | Decision |
|---|---|---|
| Identity | Code and sample reference | Offer follows tested material |
| Preparation | Actual water and activation record | Plant can reproduce the method |
| Acceptance | Defined bench and machine targets | Order remains within evidence |
Retain the sample code, lot, preparation method and measured feed with the purchasing decision. Compare subsequent deliveries with that record, using the same test conditions wherever practicable.
Request a scoped offer
Send feed details, available test equipment, current grade and consumption, sample destination, expected demand and decision schedule. State whether the immediate need is a laboratory screen or enough material for a controlled production trial.
Send the evidence through the sample and quotation form. Review packaging and lot controls with Gongyi Xinqi Polymer Co., Ltd., and confirm grade availability and order terms before committing.
