Connect sample, quotation and shipment
Use a stable product code and lot identity across the evaluated sample, technical data, quotation, COA and delivered package. Keep the approved inversion and application record beside the product file.
Descriptive terms such as high charge or fast inversion do not replace traceable identity.
Define method-aware controls
Agree which identity and physical fields belong on the COA and how they are measured. Treat application performance as a separate trial result under a defined feed and method.
Retain samples and investigate exceptions before plant use rather than making unsupported lot claims.
Plan liquid logistics
State drum or IBC preference, net quantity, secondary handling, temperature exposure, destination, documents, monthly use and delivery schedule.
